Microsoft Outlook is one of the most popular mail clients in the world. Every day it is used by a lot of people for checking their e-mail messages. Nowadays nobody is secured from different types of spyware and viruses. Microsoft Outlook has an integrated function of automatic blocking of the potentially unsafe files that are attached to your incoming messages. Sometimes it’s not very useful. For example, when your friend tries to send you any application with the EXE. extension that is in the Microsoft Outlook default blocking list. AttachmentSecurity is a small application that was developed for editing the Microsoft Outlook default blocking list. You can allow receiving files with required extensions. The program is extremely easy-to-use. After it has been installed there appears a special icon in the Microsoft Outlook toolbar. Using it you can get access to the options section that contains a list of attachments that are blocked. Just tick the required extensions for unblocking. After making changes you must restart Microsoft Outlook. |
